| CV | 2006 - 2013 built up a well-grounded scientific background on atmospheric sciences and climate. At the Institute of Atmospheric Sciences and Climate (ISAC) of the National Research Council (CNR) in Bologna, Italy, I conducted 7-year work (PhD and Postdoc) spreading my research activity on a wide range of atmospheric and climate-related issues: from the chemical characterization of organic and inorganic aerosol to the study of effects on human health and air quality and climate interaction, through the analysis of the ocean-atmosphere exchanges and aerosol-cloud interactions as well as through the understanding of how research results are transferred to policy makers for environmental management. This thanks to the participation in national and international projects which was reflected as a co-authorship in more than 20 scientific papers already published on peer-reviewed journals. I participated in many field campaigns, acquiring a good expertise on development, management and coordination of joint experiments. 2013 - 2019 employed at Proambiente, spin off of the National Research Council of Italy, I was mainly devoted to innovation and technology transfer for environmental surveillance, protection and remediation, with specific experience on atmospheric composition changes and their potential impacts on climate, human health and how these aspects may affect policy makers and society. Main focus on: ideation, writing and coordination of proposals for innovation (LIFE +; POR-FESR; Climate-KIC) in environmental related issues; prototyping and testing innovative solutions/instrumentations for indoor and outdoor air monitoring; statistical analysis data for the evaluation and development of QA / QC Proficiency Test schemes (https://www.intercind.eu/); market scan and connection of research and technology/innovative solutions with the aim at developing business strategies. From September 2019, Researcher at the Energy Technologies Department (DTE-ENEA) I have been working on environmental and economic impacts of energy systems. |
